Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law

Home

The Michigan Journal of Environmental & Administrative Law (MJEAL)—now taking submissions for its sixteenth volume—has a unique focus on both environmental and administrative law and offers a forum for scholarship interested in the crosscutting currents of these two fields or for a more tailored subject area within either environmental or administrative law. The journal features works by many preeminent scholars, including Robert Fischman, Daniel Farber, and Beatrice Hamilton. Volume 15 includes works by Joshua Galperin, Michael Vandenbergh, and Sanne Knudsen, among others. MJEAL consistently receives national recognition for its articles, and has co-sponsored a successful symposium with a keynote talk given by the former EPA Administrator, Gina McCarthy.
